| In July of 2008, The Nelson Group Engineering
& Developing and Babbitt Engineering combined
their expertise, abilities and companies to form
Babbitt Nelson Engineering, LLC. The purpose of
the merger was to increase our ability to serve
our clients better. During the current down turn
in the building climate we decided instead of cutting
back on services or staff that we would combine
and increase our abilities and service while reducing
overhead. The combined 39 years of experience of
Craig Nelson and Felipe Babbitt along with their
extensive experience in innovative structural systems
has produced a company that can provide innovative
and economical solutions to complex and challenging
projects. |
| In February 2009, Babbitt Nelson Engineering expanded
their services to include civil engineering design. |

and concepts. We pride ourselves on being innovative
and willing to use new technologies and sustainable
