50 acre, multi-phased
commercial subdivision.
Individual’s Role and Value Contributed: Prepared
construction documents and obtained construction
permits for several developers. Designed storm drain,
waterline, site grading, and storm water storage
facilities. Site design included underground retention
systems and coordination with offsite roadway improvements.
Construction Value: $20,000,000. |

Pointe, Sedona, Arizona |
25 acre, resort and
commercial project.
Individual’s Role and Value Contributed: Prepared
construction documents and obtained construction
permits for the second phase of development. Designed
storm drain, waterline, site grading, and storm
water storage facilities for challenging hillside
site. The site obtained special approval from the
strict hillside restrictions after numerous meetings
with the City of Sedona. The design included exposed
cut rock slopes and multiple retaining walls. Construction
