| Mondrian at Desert
Ridge Phoenix, Arizona |
| Project engineer for
the design of a 15-inch sewer main approximately
1,600 lineal foot in Deer Valley drive to service
a future apartment, condominiums and hotel project.
Design included jack and bore underneath an existing
storm drain box culvert. |

Building Phoenix, Arizona |
| Project engineer for
the design of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of
8-inch sewer main in Washington Street to service
a proposed office building complex. This project
was constructed at the same time as the light rail
and included a crossing underneath the proposed
light rail tracks. |

| Zone 13 Pump Station
at Site 145, Scottsdale, Arizona |
| Project engineer for
the design of a 1 million-gallon per day booster
pump station with vertical turbine pumps, gas chlorination
system, on-site receiving tank, and hydropneumatic
tank. Pumps and chlorination systems were housed
in on-site buildings. Related structural, architectural,
electrical and controls designs were completed by
Wood/Patel’s subconsultants and incorporated
into an overall drawing set. |

| Design of a 2.7 million-gallon
steel water storage tank, booster pump station,
arsenic and fluoride removal systems, on-site chlorine
generation system and groundwater well facilities.
Project was placed on hold at the 75% design stage. |

Germann Road 16-Inch Reclaimed Water Transmission
Lines, Gilbert, Arizona |
Design for 9,300 feet of 16-inch diameter reclaimed
water transmission mains with associated connections,
isolation valves, and appurtenances. The transmission
mains were constructed within Town of Gilbert and
MCDOT right-of-ways. |
